For optimum control, we always make sure that you authorize a payment before it’s done. From now on, you never have to manually approve payments to your favorite online stores or to your best friends. You can simply enable Auto Accept and automatically approve all future payments to your selected list 🚀

How can I enable Auto Accept for a contact?

  1. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner
  2. Tap on ⚙️
  3. Tap on "Security"
  4. Scroll down to "Auto Accept"
  5. Select "Contact Requests"
  6. Select the contact you wish to auto accept payment from
  7. Set the Auto Accept limit
  8. All set ✨

  1. A friend of yours sends you a request
  2. Accept the request
  3. Enable Auto Accept with action button from payment overview

How can I auto-accept payments on bunq Web?

  1. Go to https://web.bunq.com
  2. Click on your Profile
  3. Click on ⚙️ Settings
  4. Select "Contact Requests" under the "Auto Accept" tab
  5. 🔵 + Add Contact
  6. Add the contact and follow the flow
  7. All set ✨

How can I disable the auto-accept?

  1. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner
  2. Tap on ⚙️ Settings
  3. Tap on "Security"
  4. Select "Contact Requests" under the "Auto Accept" tab
  5. Select the contact you want to remove
  6. Tap on "Stop Auto Accept”
