Please add a service phone number. The chat system doesn’t work, nobody is responding.
Roald I thought that it was a joke that a bank that only serves paying subscribers doesn’t have a phone support. I can understand the likes of Revolut not having it but here it is something that is really needed and expected.
The responding time on the chat is HORRIBLE! I am already regretting bringing my money from ABN.
Lucas It's not really a real-time chat, it's creating a support ticket. Responses take 1-2 weeks.
Lucas we also moved from abn amro to bunq. after 1.5 years we moved again. too much hassle for us at bunq. i hope that there will be improvement soon. the whole bunq concept appeals to us a lot at first.
That is the problem. I don't know what is happening but the app doesn't allow me to approve some direct debits, and now they are overdue. This is not right.
