How long does it usually take to receive money withdrawn from ‘easy investment’ to my Bunq bankaccount? It’s now 8 days ago…and still no money. It seems Birdee reserves the money for a long period or the transfer from Birdee to Bunq takes ages (or vice versa). A simple ‘status’ button/alert/option would be great in the final ‘easy investment’ version would be great.
For me it has been three months without reimbursement. I try to contact them daily, but they keep saying it is a bug that is hard to fix.
I need my money back, but I get no help whatsoever. So I suggest you do not use this feature!
