If you want to speak to someone in your own language, this is no problem! Let us know your preferred language at the time of contact and we’ll make it happen. There's almost always a bunqer to help you out in Dutch, German, Italian or Spanish.

Basically my advice would be to just ask for German support and you should get it :)
