  • Stop spamming with bunq marketing

I get an e-mail for every business account/ personal for next promotions e-mails. While I never opt-in, I was able to unsubscribe in the e-mails so that’s problem is solved.

However I’m nog getting push notifications in the app for the next bunq update!? I’ve never opt-in for this, and I would like to get rid of this way of this marketing.

    Bas Did you deactivate the "Updates from bunq" settings in the notification settings in the app? Because at least I'm not getting anything like this. You can probably also deactivate "Helpful tips".

        I'm not completely sure if that's the issue in your case, though. You also mentioned that you have multiple bunq user accounts. I don't have my business account at bunq, so I don't exactly know how the UI in the app looks, but from what I know working with the API, every of these user accounts should have individual notification settings. Does the mobile app UI allow for modification of these settings for all of your user accounts? Because if it's just disabled for a single one then that could maybe be the issue why you're still getting contacted about updates.
