Totally agree! Since recently I get e-mails after certain actions in the app. For example when I sent a batch payment:
8am I get the e-mail "Thanks for using Batch Payments! We’ll let you know as soon as all your payments are sent."
8:02am I get the e-mail "Good news - your Batch Payments went through!"
bunq prides itself on most things being done instantly. So why would I get another confirmation e-mail when I sent instant payments between my own accounts? And why would I get e-mails in the first place... payments already generate push notifications from the bunq app. It's really hard for me to understand why a mobile-first bank would resort to sending all kinds of e-mails. Even more than traditional banks in case I get an e-mail after every action now.
