Do Bunq issue the statement required for new corporations? After the Certificate of Name is received one shall present this, Deed of Incorporation and By Laws at the Notary
As it is today one need to open a bank account with a “Legacy Bank” in order to start business.

They don’t do it, they only accept companies with all papers
So a startup can’t use them as their only bank as the Capital must be paid in before registration and be done at the Notary

I’m in the process of establishing a company now and had Bunq been able to issue the Certificate of Paid Capital I would have avoided to open another account in Santander, something which takes med 2 days with queening and paperwork
