I’d like to put money into an account, lock it so the money can’t be transferred out, except for specifically approved auto transfers out of it, say for 10 Euros per day into my main account. There should be some slightly difficult process to lift the restriction, maybe sending a message or entering a certain password or calling in or some kind of more significant approval process like Video ID or something.
That way, your money is harder to access and you stick to a budget better.
