That's called spoofing, and sadly pretty easy to do for anyone. At least as long the phone companies don't require any authentication for sending SMS from random addresses. See also: https://together.bunq.com/d/45398
In general, if you're unsure about anything, it's always better to go to your app and ask Support about it first. They can then check if the message is legitimate or not. And never forget: bunq will never ask for login details or personal information outside of the bunq app.
