Dear all,

I wrote a script a year ago and today I found out today, that when the visitor/customer/3rd party pays the "RequestInquiry", the "Back to merchant" button is gone! This means that the person cannot continue the process going to the "redirect_url". I double checked, and the "redirect_url" is in the Bunq-database for the "RequestInquiry".

So my question is: how to we get the button back, so the visitor/customer/3rd party can continue the process to the "redirect_url"?

Looking forward to your feedback and responses!

I found myself in the same situation, are we doing anything wrong?
I don't see any button for "Back to merchant"!!

    What i try:

    • I'm posting to RequestInquiry
    • The response has a "bunqme_share_url"
    • I pay with the bunqme_share_url
      • With the android bunq app, it stays in the app after I pay
      • With iDeal, I end up in a page saying "You’ve paid <the description>" with a button "Get bunq!"

    I also tried to:

Same here! Reading through some discussions this was not the case before? Why has this page changed and how is it now possible to redirect a user to the specified redirect_url

I'm still having this issue in 2023. Seems like this feature isn't working at all ? How can I redirect to my website after a payment request for a thank you page? If there is no support for the redirect it should be stated in the documentation and the "redirect_url" property should be removed from payment inquiry.

Any update on this? This is a critical feature for my company, and I would like to keep using Bunq
