Okay i just 1 hour new user.

Please bunq. Focus at this stage of growth on customer service/support. Nowadays with current society is now more important than ever to be online and respond faster than ever. I see online a lot lack of support and response. The Ceo should know better because hosting companies are support driven. So i hope the aspect of support, response time and availability will improve. Please give it priority on every forum or discussion this is a point. they should not talk about that because your are a bank. You are as bunq he most reliable easy going entity for our humans. it is about our money and emotion we want to 100 precent customer satisfaction.

Second feedback
As a student easy bank option is very interesting. So good choice to add this. But the features i will get it is not outstanding from other competitors. i would like to see. That you can add 1 saving account and 1 extra sub account and automatic budgetting, automatic saving, saving goals and subscriptions oversight. For our youth is very important to handle and saving money and control their money easy. so i would like to see this features on the easy bank option. than it would be a no brainer for us instead of the other big finance company. With the current situation you can only open a bankaccount with bunq with no key features.

I dont get a wow factor when i open a account. I dont what it is. i dont feel emotion when i open this up 1 hour ago.

Hope you will grow healthy but ambitious. I'll hope that Ali wil priorities these things.
