Yes, this would definitely improve my budgeting.
There are still many occasions when I need to pay in cash. - Markets, small restaurants or cafés, even my most-trusted car repair shop only accept cash.
That causes me to lose track of spendings.
So, having a "cash account" would be much appreciated.
