  • Do not mix accounts with things that are not accounts

In the main page now we cards, total and bunq.me with the same visualization as actual accounts, under the section My accounts. This inconsistent and confusing.

+1 to this. I can’t imagine anyone using the “Cards” and “Bunq.me” tabs on a daily basis. These would fit much better under “Profile” and helps free up quite a bit of valuable Home UI real estate.

@Jimmy-Aquamarine-Unicorn#203803 Also for what it’s worth, these tabs seem to load much slower than the actual accounts too (at least on iOS 14.1), so it would also help in making the app feel more snappy in general.

@Jimmy-Aquamarine-Unicorn#203803 A lot of people connect quite frequently another card to one of their accounts, when they use different accounts for budgeting. These people will use the "Cards" tile quite frequently. When making a card payment online, you also use the "Cards" tile.

@pbruins84#203808 Please define “quite frequently”, because I don’t understand why you would connect a different card to a different account on a daily basis, or for that matter, frequent enough for it to warrant this tile being under “Home” vs “Profile”.

I have also never had to use the “Cards” tile for making a payment online. Why would this be necessary?

@Jimmy-Aquamarine-Unicorn#203810 When I go shopping, I change the connected card a few times a day, and usually when I'm in line at the store. Then you want to do it as fast as possible.

About using "Cards" for online payments: You need it to get your (Online) Card number, and your (Rotating) CVC.

@pbruins84#203814 Interesting. Never heard of people doing that before. I tend to just use the dual PIN function for that.

I personally also tend to use iDEAL for online purchases in NL so rarely have to look anything up.

Makes me wonder how the average Bunq user experiences this, as it seems we are at different ends of the spectrum (power user vs. casual user).

I have to open the cards area quite often to look up card details for payment. I like that it's very accessible, but I understand that adding them to the my accounts tab is confusing.

I would suggest to have a different white/grey color added (as it was before) to distinguish these general tabs from the colorful bunq-palette for subaccounts.
