Did anybody look at or has experience with the legal status of what bunq is doing to us? Surely a bank which is "app only" screwing up their app so hard should not be possible. Accounts that disappear, functionalities missing etc. can cost a lot of people time and money.

I for example do not have any access to my business account after merging with personal. Is there any legal action that we can take?
