  • Please help: V3 lost access to shared kid's account

I just updated to V3, and now I lost access to my child's shared subaccount. I tried deleting the Connect and then reconnecting, but it won't show up on my account. Since the app won't let met ask a question in the support center (another bug) please let support contact me about this issue.

    I have the same problem. Can I get back the old Bunq version ?

      Additional: I also cannot see my connected business accounts anymore. So all connected accounts are missing 😔

          Hold the profile button instead of tapping it.

            @jorijnsmit#172457 That's for switching accounts. My issue is with the subaccount overview, all connected accounts are gone...

              @arne-from-iliades#172464 I have the same issue. Althought it was possible to add my business account to my personal account. I can access my business account again but my other premium accounts are not accesible while I share them with my spouse and kids. This is a serious issue.
