One useful advice. Make the Bunq + button movable like the scroll-down button on Reddit's IOS/Andriod App.
So, to start some hints to make it "even better": Could you apply a "light-mode"? "dark" and "light" are a matter of taste. In the linux-world e.g. there is a long discussion. So usually you have both modes to choose...
I cannot tell you how much I HATE v3 of the app.
Stick to basics please. And try listening to your customers.

Please make one click Tap & Pay with possibility to quickly select from which account to pay.
It's so annoying I need to do:
Me -> Cards -> Tap & Pay -> "+" Pay to simply pay my beer.
My proposal is to have Tap & Pay in the bottom bar: Me, Profile, Tap & Pay, Scan.
Clicking Tap & Pay lets you quickly select account from recent accounts and immediately pay.
I'll have to agree with the general sentiment here, this new experience is a big mess, some points for me:
All in all just a really bad experience. Your previous app was just way better overall. It looked bright and exciting, it was relatively easy to get an overview of my accounts, and the buttons were very actionable, things that I want to do with my banking app. The new app looks messy, feels like a drag, and I don't like opening it.
@GL#170845 Ook actief Bunq-ambassadeur, maar ik ben erg geschrokken van V3. Eens met vrijwel alle feedback. En als kleurenblinde is de nieuwe stijl erg lastig te zien en snappen. Helemaal nu er tegels in plaats van lijsten zijn en pictogrammen/foto’s bij de rekening verloren zijn gegaan.

Personally I try to advocate bunq to all my friends and family. The ease of use was awesome. But this update makes me cringe.
And for me personally is a huge step back.
The ease of access is ruined.
I don't mind features to be added to the platform if others want them. But the fact that everything is Forced in the app of the bank that states 'Bank of the free' rubs me the wrong way. Make it so people can turn of things like us, the green initiatives, the achievements, etc.
To me personally if it's not gonna change it will mean I need to look for another bank. This app is the opposite from the reason why I joined bunq. ease of use!
I read through some of the comments and I agree with everything I've read. It's clunky, some things are harder to access or less clear (the cards section is a MESS), there are a lot of things added I couldn't care less about (co2, us section), I miss my personal icons, and so much more. Dear bunq, if you read this, this update is the first time you have disappointed me, but you have done so deeply. I beg of you to pleeeaaase offer us the option to switch back to the old GUI. I used to love my app, told my friends about it, loved showing how everything works, now? Now I'm embarrassed. Truly awful.
I would like to request light mode again. The current dark mode is hard to read in bright light, sunshine.

Wat een vreselijke miskleun, de laatste update!!! Het is een ramp! Ik kan niet eens uit die afschuwelijke "nachtmodus". Ik wil de oude versie terug!!!
Ik ben kleurenblind. Kleurenblindheid verschilt van kleurenblinde tot kleurenblinde. Ik persoonlijk kan door het omschakelen van lijsten naar tegels voor rekeningen (ik werkte aan de hand van een volgorde in de lijst) en het wegvallen van iconen/foto’s voor rekeningen met alleen de kleuren geen wijs meer worden uit mijn overzichten. Het feit dat er geen light mode is vergroot de uitdaging. Het minimaal benodigde om dit in één klap sterk te verbeteren is het weer tonen van mijn foto’s bij de rekeningen. En liefst terug naar lijsten in plaats van tegels. De huidige kleuren lijken voor mij allemaal op elkaar (en op stront en mislukte discotinten; excusez les mots). Lieve Bunq, dit gaat vast goed komen. Maar tot die tijd doet V3 toch best een beetje pijn. Succes!
Besides the general feeling expressed above that V3 is confusing. It took me quite some time to even get here...
v2 was the best banking app in The Netherlands. I had high hopes for v3, but good lord! What have you done? A whole tab dedicated to your instagram feed? This looks like a high school project / demo.
Here's some initial feedback:
1) Light mode / Dark Mode: everything is dark with very little contrast, there is basically no option for colour customisation of your accounts, so the app just looks empty and drab.
2) The circles in the "Me" Tab: the numbers don't even fit inside the circles, what the heck is with that? It looks messy.
3) You can't remove a savings goal once you've added one
4) Support center is needlessly hard to find. Why is it under the profile tab? I would expect it to be under "Us", since it's contacting Bunq, not my profile settings.
5) There's so much wasted space in the "Me" screen, you couldn't have just had the scan button in that screen? Literally half of the main screen is empty. At least let me pick a layout rather than this drab coloured tile where I can barely make out what the icon is.
6) The cards screen - W T F is going on here?! I no longer need to authenticate to see my CVC codes, again, the numbers in english with "EUR" prefixed do not even fit in the tiny circles. Why not replace "Us" with "Cards"?
7) Overall the app feels tiny. It's small. There's no focal points to draw your eyes in, it just looks horrible.
8) There's so little sense of place or direction. Where am I in the app? So many screens pop over and take up the whole screen, but you lose the context of where you are. Some kind of navigation is required, or at least layering so I can tell where I came from and how many steps I need to take to go back. Did anyone actually use this and test it?
I'm sure all the features are there, but the UX here is not worth 8x the monthly cost of another bank.
I sincerely hope you work this out, because now I feel like I'm not a customer of a bank, I feel like I'm in a cult or some kind of weird fanclub. What kind of bank has an entire tab in the most important real estate in their app dedicated to blog posts showing how the bank is growing despite a pandemic? I don't want to see this when I check my bank balance.
This update is a dumpster fire. You were in public beta for like 5 days and it shows. Yet all you post about is the "amazing" v3, yet clearly it is anything but amazing. You're ignoring your customers, and as a result, you're gonna lose them. I certainly won't be paying that amount of money to use an app that looks like it was drawn by a 3 year old child going through a minimalist phase.
I've been with bunq since the beginning, when it was invite-only. Definitely had good times and advocated bunq to family, friends & colleagues, but I can't do that any longer.
Why are there 'ads' for things like travel cards and premium accounts under the (way too big) + button when I already have a travel card and am part of a bunq premium pack?
Why is there a tree/CO2 overview when I don't have the "ultra package" with the shiny card? It will always remain 0. You're a bank, not Greenpeace.
Where are the buttons to block cards when they get lost/stolen?
Why is there a button that shows how much "time I saved"? I don't care, that time can be considered as sunk costs.
And I can go on, but I don't feel like it would matter as there's no communication whatsoever.
Dit is gewoon niet werkbaar jongens. Ik ben alle connected accounts die ik en mijn vrouw delen kwijt in het overzicht. Mijn zakelijke rekening was onvindbaar (profiel wisselen door een long-press? Dat moet je ook maar nét weten). Kleurenschema is dramatisch.
Rol in godsnaam terug naar de oude layout. Ik kan niet eens vinden hoe ik een betaling verstuur. En dat is nu primair waar we BUNQ voor gebruiken, geld betalen en ontvangen.
Bizarre keuze om dit te releasen, bizar.
