When you first sign up for bunq, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the bunq Elite plan if you’ve shown interest in its features. This lets you enjoy all the benefits bunq has to offer! If you don’t switch plans after the free trial, the bunq Elite subscription will begin billing automatically from your second month. Don’t worry - if you forget to change your plan, you can still request a refund 🙌
How does it work?
To request an invoice refund, you should contact our Support Center about it by following the steps mentioned below:
- Go to Profile
- Tap on 🟢 Support
When can I request an invoice refund?
If this happens to you or you weren’t aware of the costs for your plan, you can always request a refund on your first invoice through our Support Center.
