bunq That was handled quite badly 😔. A 60% price increase just like that is a lot!
A better solution would have been to not give new users the option to create Joint Memberships but keep it for existing ones.

Yes that's correct, at least for the moment. It's a restriction on how things work from the insurance provider's side, and we'll always look to expand that if we can!

Wesley 3 maanden stond in de mail die wij vandaag hebben gekregen. Hierdoor gaat de prijs 60% omhoog van 10 naar 16 euro voor dezelfde dienstverlening. Ben net 2-3 maanden bunqer. Schandelijke zaak! Bestaande CJ gebruikers moeten gewoon dezelfde prijs houden. Eeuwig en niet slechts 3 maanden tenzij er echt serieus nieuwe extra functionaliteiten worden geboden. Op deze manier kan ik net zo goed naar ING gaan. :-(

Tom Zojuist heb ik de mail ontvangen maar ik blijf nog wel met een vraag zitten. Met een joint account heb ik rekeningen met mijn partner waar wij beide gelijkwaardig eigenaar van zijn. Is dat in het nieuwe abonnement ook zo en houdt dit dezelfde juridische status?

Dus Joint is er niet meer? Great... heb ik net vorige maand het hele gezin omgehaald om naar bunq te gaan. Ze vonden het steeds te duur, maar met joint zouden ze het wel willen. Eindelijk alles omgezet, worden we keihard gepakt door dit abonnement te verwijderen -_- Nu is bunq dus nóg duurder geworden.

Dit gaat echt te ver. Die abonnementen slaan nergens op. Kom weer eens met nieuwe features waar we wat aan hebben aub.

Justin Eens, ik ga ook op zoek naar een andere bank. Wat een ellende, een bank die om de paar maanden de boel veranderd en vooral duurder maakt. Ik wilde net een joint account voor mijn gezin beginnen vandaag maar ben gelukkig net op tijd om wat anders te zoeken.

Van Knab overgestapt naar Bunq omdat het gras zo groen leek. Partner overgehaald via Join.

Na een keer slikken de Green card besteld (om te ontdekken dat FitBit die niet ondersteund, terwijl Mastercard en de normale Bunq card wel geaccpteerd werden).

Nu dit .... Ik doe echt mijn best om de voordelen te vinden, maar dat lukt nog niet zo goed. Bunq is wél goed in rekenen vermoed ik zo.

Sebastian Du bezahlst dann 9 Euro mehr pro Monat als bei der normalen Premium-Mitgliedschaft, aber eine Metall-Karte ist enthalten. Nur wenn du die Mitgliedschaft nach weniger als 12 Monaten wieder kündigst oder downgradest, musst du die Differenz zwischen deinem bezahlten Betrag und 129 Euro zahlen. Wenn du mehr als 12 Monate lang die SuperGreen-Mitgliedschaft behältst, bezahlst du für die Metall-Karte nichts extra.

Sebastian Wie du beim Wechsel auf SuperGreen, auf der Webseite, auf Together, etc sehen kannst, so ist eine Metal Card in SuperGreen enthalten :) das ist ja der Sinn hinter der neuen Mitgliedschaft

Trans-op is groot geworden omdat ze betaalbaar waren met top service en geweldige producten.
Ik had gehoopt dat bunq dit ook zou worden. Maar de chat is traag, vragen worden niet goed gelezen en afgeraffeld, de prijzen zijn Mega hoog aan het worden en er zitten steeds minder unieke features op.

2) Is the 2.5% for receiving requests/bunq.me payments paid with credit cards on top of the fees that the sender pays? (Or did that exist before already?)

3) What do prices look like if I want a second Metal Card as a Premium SuperGreen customer? Probably I'm stupid but I don't really understand the pricing document there.

Yes! Premium SuperGreen members can now use Zapier just like Business SuperGreen members

This is instead of the fee the sender pays. For all existing users, this will go into effect on the 2nd of June 2020 (60 days from now). For new users that sign up from today, it will apply straight away.

Currently SuperGreen members can have up to 1 metal card. We might revisit that in the future, and if we do we'll make sure everyone on Together is updated :)

Tom mijn gezin bestaat uit 3 personen...voor 10 euro was ik bereid om joint te nemen. Niet een pack voor het dubbele! Ik ben blij. Vandaag had ik joint willen afsluiten maar gelukkig hebben jullie net op tijd deze 'update" doorgevoerd zodat ik naar andere opties buiten bunq kan gaan kijken.

I had a joint subscription and according to the FAQ it now has been automatically converted to Premium SuperGreen (first 3 months at no extra charge). If I go to the settings, it says Premium (not SuperGreen). Am I going to pay €7.99 or €16.99 after the 3 months have passed?

As a joint member, you have been converted to Premium (not Premium SuperGreen) 😊

If you previously had a Green Card, we would have converted you to Premium SuperGreen. 🌳

So as a Premium member, you will pay €7,99 after the 3 months.
