How would you see this possible for bunq? Transactions in Europe are usually way to cheap to be able to give such rates back to a customer. Especially as bunq doesn't charge any fee's for transactions (except for Business users), and not even with foreign currency transactions.
Also, in the end these cashbacks are always calculated in the price you pay for a product so this is a would result in very complex and incorrect (higher) prices.
