I am currently thinking to fully replace my german bank account with bunq. What keeps me thinking is the IBAN discrimination topic.
As one of the main goals of bunq is to save my valuable time: couldn't you offer assistance to overcome "german IBAN hassle"? Could work like this: create a Wiki that shows which companies do support NL IBAN already and which don't support it yet. Offer a service that users can indicate that they have trouble with a certain company. Make this information transparent to the public in the Wiki and what steps are in progess to sort this out.
Most important: handle the stuff necessary from bunq side. Contact BaFin, do the paperwork.
I think you get the idea. Make it more convenient for us and sort this out. Thank you!
