Kees Hooghiemstra The presence of a STAK is not a valid reason for any company to refuse the BV its services. As any stakeholder, the STAK is just another entity which has nothing to do with the BV to other parties. Actually it is none of anyones business who are the stakeholders, to other parties the executives of a BV are more relevant.
The STAK holds no responsibilities when the BV has to fault its payments to another party and isn't liable in any way for the actions of the BV. The executives may be in some cases, so it matters whether they have any assets when liable for the BV.
I guess in this case there is a misunderstanding netween you and bunq as many, many BV's do have some kind of STAK. Bunq would have to refuse all of them service then. I would ask bunq for a more elaborate explanation as the stakeholders shouldn't matter to bunq.
