@GlennB#152240 with some luck and prayers bunq adds the remittance / reference fields, and does recognize that this is a REQUIREMENT for payments to tax authorities (at least in some countries). And therefore a show-stopper for companies to switch to bunq, from whom they'd get most revenue πŸ™„

            Dear Cynthia,

As far as I can see, there is no possibility for a future execution date yet implemented.

I did submit a suggestion to our internal system, so it is going to be reviewed and taken into consideration for future updates.
I phrased it in a nice way, so it might get some traction ☺️

            Have a great day 🌞
            Kind regards,

bunq this is an important feature that business customers use. when will we be met with this, it is in itself a small adjustment in the code.

                2 months later

Do we know whether there are any plans to address this?

@Gerhard-Yellow-Frog#273854 bunq hasn't announced anything in regards to this proposed feature.

@New-Teal-Ape-3704175022#288104 Hey there, Koen πŸ‘‹ Thanks for reaching out! As this thread hasn't seen some activity in a while, can you share a little more about which fields/instructions specifically you'd like to see?

The functionality missing is that within the SEPA XML upload function not all fields are taken into account. The most important one I'm missing is the ReqdExctnDt (execution date). When doing payment runs, for example salaries, you would like to pay them on a fixed day each months so you are predictable and therefor create trust with your associates. As this field is not taken into account within the SEPA XML upload it's not possible to schedule these payments which requires you to pay attention and do the actual payment upload the day you would like to pay. Very inconvenient and annoying. especially for company's.
For me this is the most important field missing at this point but I understand from above that more of the standard SEPA XML file are not read and taken into account within Bunq. This despite we pay also the full amount for a SEPA XML load. Overall a big opportunity to improve service and quality but as this is a topic in this form for already more then 4 years I hope it can be picked up soon.
Please feel free to contact me directly when having more questions or needing something to help with testing.

                                      HI Gia,
Do you maybe have an update on this development request? News on if it made the development list or that it's denied (also an clear answer).
Every month it is giving me inefficiency in planning my work and activities and also costing me money as I now for pay most of time early losing interest on the balances.

                                      Thanks for the update
