Is it possible to reject a refund?

    @Int-Orange-Panda#79920 You mean someone transfered money to you but you don't want it? The answer is no. You can't reject transfers.

      Thank you.. But isn't that a security problem if one can simply send money? I bought some small things in a drugstore and they refunded an amount 12 times higher than my purchase was. What can I do? Their support do not understand what happened..

        @Int-Orange-Panda#79928 It's the way bank transfers work, you simply can't reject it. The alternative would be to transfer money back, but it seems they don't want their money back ;-)

        Best is to to contact their support again, explain and maybe they understand and give you directions on how to resolve this.

            Is was Rossmann in Germany.. I tried it even via facebook. They told me to contact their payment service provider, but this makes no sense because the transaction is done.

            I cannot transfer the money back because I have no IBAN of them.

              If you paid by credit card, there might be an automatic correction later on. I'm not sure exactly of they can do that though.

                  I said i want to withdraw 200 Eur with my N26 Cashcode and pay the goods with my bunq card. Instead they gave 184 Euros to me (my goods were about 16 Eur) and refunded the same amount to my bunq account 😂

                    So i got 2 * 184 Eur. But they simply do not understand.

                      @Int-Orange-Panda#79955 You obviously did your best to notify them of the mistake. You might want to put it aside for a while, maybe they contact you later. If not, then you are just lucky ;-)
